2023 RENTAL INFORMATION
Our rentals are for the weekend of the event or roughly 3 days.
Day 1 - set up, day 2 - event, day 3 - take down - if event longer then 1 day, extra charge applies for additional event days.
All prices include delivery and set up within city limits (Thunder Bay to Wildwood), outside city limits is subject to delivery charge depending on distance of delivery location.
3% service fee on payments made by credit and debit.
Rental agreement to be signed at booking.
Cancellation fees apply as per rental agreement.
All rentals subject to taxes
NOTE: Texada or Savary Island subject to travel costs (ferry/water taxi/land taxi) + delivery charge.
*For liability reasons Powell River Tent Rentals are to set up and take down all tents.*
