Rental Details:

 

Rentals are provided for the weekend of the event, covering three days:

*same pricing applies for weekday rentals*

Day 1: Setup 

Day 2: Prep Day

Day 3: EVENT

Day 4: Takedown (10AM)

*If renting for a longer event or would like set up before Thursday 4PM, additional fees apply.*

Delivery & Setup:

 

Prices include delivery and setup within Powell River city limits (Thunder Bay to Wildwood).​

NOTE: Locations outside city limits are subject to a delivery fee, this will be determined based on the distance to the delivery site.

All marquee tents require a method to hold them to the ground - options being stakes, or concrete weights.

If stakes are unable to be used due to under ground irrigation, wires, pipes etc.

Weights will have to be used, a fee will be charged per weight on invoice.

4 weights per marquee. This will be discussed at time of booking.

 

Payment Information:

 

A 3.5% service fee is applied to payments made by credit or debit via the square app.

Taxes are applicable to all rentals.

A signed rental agreement and 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

Cancellation fees are outlined in the rental agreement.

Please contact us with questions about the agreement before the event.

 

Special Locations:

 

Rentals for Texada Island or Savary Island will incur travel costs,

including fees for ferry, barge, boat or land taxi, as well as delivery charges for distance.

 

Important Notice:

 

For liability reasons, Powell River Tent Rentals

will handle all setup and takedown of marquee tents.
