2025 RENTAL INFORMATION
Rental Details:
Rentals are typically provided for the weekend of the event, covering approximately three days:
Day 1: Setup
Day 2: Event
Day 3: Takedown
*If renting weekday, please inquire - if renting for a longer event, additional costs apply.

Delivery & Setup:
Prices include delivery and setup within city limits (Thunder Bay to Wildwood).
Locations outside city limits are subject to a delivery fee, which will be determined based on the distance to the delivery site.
Payment Information:
A 3% - 4% service fee applies to payments made by credit or debit.
Taxes are applicable to all rentals.
A signed rental agreement is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation fees are outlined in the rental agreement. Please contact us with questions about the agreement before the event.
Special Locations:
Rentals for Texada Island or Savary Island will incur travel costs, including fees for ferry, water taxi, or land taxi, as well as an additional delivery charges for distance.
Important Notice:
For liability reasons, Powell River Tent Rentals will handle all setup and takedown of tents.
